Flexible Model
We’re here to listen and support when and where needed. Entrepreneurs tackle different obstacles daily and there are a lot of peaks and valleys. Each engagement starts with a project, with a minimum of 3 hours, but how you utilize ALIST can evolve over time. Pricing is based on an hourly rate with a sliding scale from $350/hr. Discounted rates are $250 for women-led corporations, $150 for women-owned small businesses and $85 for women of color owned businesses. Below are a few examples of how we could get started.
Assessments
There are many components to running a business. From Brand Storytelling, Marketing Strategies, Business Pitch, HR & Operations, Financial Health, Sales Funnel, ALIST can review where you are and provide recommendations on how to improve what you have already set up. We can also discuss additional tactics and strategies to consider in your business approach. Whether you’re starting a business or are in a moment of growth, ALIST can review your current situation and provide you a clear list of next steps to help you reach your goals. Depending on the depth of review, assessments typically take 3-5 hours.

Growth Coaching
Having an idea and a business license is just the beginning. We help you plan for growth as well as ensure you’re profitable enough to play the long game. As you gain traction, leveling up strategies are key to your success. Our business coaching centers around goal setting & planning, management & delegation, profitability & pricing strategies, and building strategic partnerships. We aren’t your vendor or agency to execute the plan, but can help as a liaison if needed. We can have a standing meeting on the calendar or connect ad hoc.

Marketing Services
Amanda draws on 20+ years of marketing expertise to guide her clients on how to utilize all the marketing levers and connect the dots for optimal performance. Overlay her brand building and storytelling talents, you get an invaluable resource for any leader defining actionable paths to achieve marketing goals. Our services center around brand & identity storytelling, product & service positioning, channel & content strategies, and sales funnel optimization. 3 hour minimum.

Activations
Have an idea or project in mind, but need a temporary team of organizers and marketers to help you bring it to life? ALIST and our partners can be the project team you need to collaborate with to bring your project to life. We can guide you on every stage of the project and even share our proven approaches, templates and tools to get the most engagement with your target audience. Interested in potential investors, donors, or sponsors to help with your project? ALIST can coach you on this path as well. Let’s collab on your vision together.
